Full Service – Retainer Split Pay

Full service means you are hiring our firm to deal with your case from start to finish. Of course, this also is the more expensive choice. That is why we have taken our retainer and "split" the payments into something more affordable for the client. Although it is a case-by-case basis, we start by applying the minimum retainer for hiring our firm, or $5,000.00. We then will allow two payments to be made towards the retainer, or a payment plan of more than two payments depending upon your financial circumstances. Many cases call for a retainer of more than $5,000.00 and this is why for military members, we would only charge the minimum retainer to get your case moving along without you worrying about where you will come up with a lump sum of money to satisfy the full retainer. Therefore, you can retain a top-level firm at the fraction of cost upfront for the satisfaction of knowing that your case is being handled by professionals who care about you and your circumstances.
